That’s our mission. It is important to know what the footings of your home are founded on. As we all know, if your foundations are sound, the rest of your life (or home) is sound as well. It takes a bit of effort and time to investigate your foundation material but it is worth the effort if done well.

CSI Soil Testing is owned and managed by Brian Croke, Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering. Brian is ably assisted by Carolyn Foot in the office.
Brian completed his schooling on the Sunshine Coast and Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering at QIT, Brisbane in 1984 and has been in the soil testing industry ever since. He started this soil testing business in 1992 on the Sunshine Coast.
Brian has completed the Waste Water Design course at TAFE, has the relevant QBCC licences for waste water design and site classifications.
